Soula Notos
A versatile powerhouse - Soula Notos is a Greek-Dutch performer and comedian based in Utrecht. Her comedy is expressive, energetic and very interactive. She performed at the Utrecht International Comedy Festival, the International Luxembourg Comedy Festival and the Women in Comedy Festival in Manchester. She is a member of the collective het Comedyhuis.
James Vaughan
Monolingual. Likes to correct the pronunciation of second language English speakers. Usually this would directly contradict The JR Scheme's Goofist Eurocrat principles, but going by his previous performance on the show: he is just too damn good to quit.
Julia van der Veen
An award-winning actor and comedian. She spent 11 years in NYC where she trained extensively in Clown and Bouffon and where she served as a teaching apprentice at the Yale School of Drama. Gained international recognition with her solo debut, “My Grandmother's Eyepatch”, which earned multiple five-star reviews at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and was featured in The New York Times. A champion of goofery we are honored to invite.
Lőrinc Réti
In high school, Lorinc could be found in a leather jacket beneath the bleachers up to heinous misdemeanor. Whether you needed a "bootleg copy of your favorite movie" or a "smoke to take the edge off" after the big science test, Lorinc always had you covered. Luckily for us, they will wield this sense of trouble in benevolence for the coming showcase.
Adam Fields
British comedian Adam Fields is an international funny man who has charmed audiences in numerous countries from Norway to South Africa, and from the USA to Indonesia. A lively and visual comic with well-crafted routines that consistently induce hard and fast laughter. His style has been described as a curious mix of sophisticated Brit and English hooligan.
Adam has been a professional standup since 1998 and is a regular headline comedian on the European circuit. He has had successful runs at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and regularly supports some of the biggest names in standup comedy including Jack Dee, Marc Maron, Jim Gaffigan and Russell Peters.
TV credits include: Comedy Explosion (Veronica), Jewish Comedy Café (Ned 3/Humor TV), Hard Gelach (SBS6), Witz (Ned 3/Humor TV), Villa Vanthilt (Belgium 1), Live in Enschede (Veronica), Comedy Casino (Canvas), RTL Night Night (RTL 4).
